Rustic cottage Cheese, Avocado, Tomato Crostini


2 slices rustic hearty whole wheat bread

1 avocado, mashed

½ cup Daisy Cottage Cheese

8 grape tomatoes, halved

2 teaspoons sunflower seeds

Pinch of salt and black pepper

Toast the bread. Layer the toast with the cottage cheese, mashed avocado, tomatoes, and sunflower seeds. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with fresh herbs, if desired.
